Our client is an established MNC and a household name in the media and advertising space. Significant regional business growth has resulted in the need for a Regional HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders from a HR perspective.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will be the key HR partner for the business stakeholders of the entities located across the APJ region with responsibilities in providing support on HR matters relating to the organization. This will include recruitment, maintaining a talent pipeline, global and regional HR initiatives, performance management, employee engagement and compensation & benefits amongst other responsibilities. You will also be supporting the HR Director on ad-hoc initiatives which relate to HR transformations, growth initiatives and process improvements to upscale the HR function. As you will be working with key senior stakeholders in the organization on a global and regional scale, you will be involved with business decisions and strategy.

To take on this highly strategic role, you should have a degree in a HR-related field with a minimum of 6-8 years relevant HR experience, preferably from a services-related industry (consulting, media, advertising, digital, market research, etc). You should have strong communication skills with an eye for detail and a track record of working closely with regional business stakeholders of all levels.
