Provide helpdesk and desktop support for staffs, members and/or lecturers. Provide support and resolution on 1st level end-user telephonic/web/email enquiries and issues on in-house applications and standard PC and notebook problem related to Hardware and the Operating System. Logging of service calls and documentation of all user requests and problem resolution. Troubleshooting PC hardware, Notebook, PDA, Printer/Print server, MS Windows OS, Internet browsers, standard Microsoft software, Google Apps client and other in-house application problems. System administrator for IT File and Print systems. Provide 1st level support for network infrastructure devices and appliances.
