They are now looking for an experienced Customer Experience Manager for their Singapore office, who will ensure the smooth running of a host of events. You will be responsible for:
Exhibitor and Sponsor managementCustomer experience planning and internal project managementOn the day managementCost and budget managementManaging suppliers
You’ll need to be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the principles of great customer service – and how events are run. You must be a graduate (for visa purposes).
