Our client is an established Global MNC with a diverse range of businesses and with a strong foothold in the Healthcare Industry. Business growth on a regional scale has resulted in a requirement for an Assistant HR Manager to join the team and work closely with the business leaders across the region.

Reporting to the HR Lead, you will be managing the HR functions for the regional offices and partnering the healthcare business on corporate initiatives, compensation & benefits, recruitment, training and development amongst other responsibilities. Learning & Development and training will form a major portion of the role due to business needs stemming from regional growth and the need to upscale business capabilities. You are viewed as a key stakeholder in the organization and there will also be involvement with ad-hoc HR-related projects to support the business growth.

To take on this hands-on role, you should have a degree in a HR-related field with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. You should have a track record of handling regional responsibilities, strong communication skills as well as the maturity and confidence to deal with senior business leaders. Prior experience from within the Healthcare and Medical Devices industries will be highly preferred.
