The 453-page report on last year’s cyber attack on SingHealth shows a number of basic mistakes that could have prevented the breach from occurring, including the failure of an IT cyber-security team to discern a security incident, administrator passwords that were simply not strong enough, phishing attacks on the staff, and others.

  2. You need 453 pages to tell people the obvious? I just want to see one sentence to say that the Head of TTSH and the Health Minster are resigning with immediate effect..

  3. AG file complaint to Law Association on LSY Wife 500 pages . The SingHealth cyber Attack compromise 1.4 million patients medical record and identity data only 453 pages. CIO less efficient ?
