The Transport Minister of Malaysia, Anthony Loke Siew Fook, staked his country’s claim to the airspace over Pasir Gudang, Johor, with an informative video on Facebook on December 12, which has been viewed almost 250,000 times and gotten almost 8,000 shares.

  3. Loke explanation seems quite logic. We cannot just fly above our neighbors area without seeking their permission and expect them not to build any high-rise building from the flight path.

  6. Loke gives video for all to look. Kaw is kaw kaw now. In the cash-is-king world, all the wrongs may be OK. In The rule of law world, right is right, wrong is wrong kaw kaw & applies to all.

  7. Dear Government of Singapore, why not return them the air space. Let them mange it since they think that they are up to it. But never give up our water since it’s ours to claim. Stop all their childishness and get on with our lives. This is really really ridiculous. If it is not going to affect us greatly, return the airspace to rhem

  10. Malaysian politicians again play the Singapore card whenever there are political issues domestically. Argue bitterly for what? Both insist their version is correct. Suggest go for arbitration by third party in International Court of Law. Let’s see how many versions of logic or stories Malaysia would use to defend their own position. Malaysia has bad habit of not adhering agreements then refuse to honor or want to change terms later. Malaysia leadership and government cannot be trusted. The way Malaysian politicians operate would international investors or other countries government have confidence signing any agreements or put in investments in Malaysia.
