An exclusively opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced team of wealth-planning specialists based in Singapore are expanding their operations and looking to hire for a Trust Officer position. The company provides Private Clients and Corporates innovative and bespoke services to protect and grow their assets. The role will entail working within a small and busy team based in Singapore but have a global backing with presence in over 30 jurisdictions. Some duties include (but are not limited to): Managing a portfolio of clients and dealing with all aspects of the administration from take on to liquidation, therefore including statutory work and bank payments as well as client contact by telephone, e-mail, letter and face to face. Dealing with the maintenance of all statutory records of both trusts and companies including the preparation of client records for review by others Maintaining and enhancing where possible the database and document management system. Contribute to the overall structure of the group and the development thereof, as well as to the office as a whole, developing working relationships beneficial to the whole office. To develop a team approach to the supporting of each other and the sharing and development of knowledge relative to client matters.
