You will report to the Director Assist in the transformation and development of community mental health including dementia care areas Participate in the planning for “client centric” service model and facilitate in developing integrated mental health services in the community Assist and facilitate in project management, work closely with the various stakeholders and partners including government agencies to innovate and enhance mental health delivery system beyond hospitals
