Police raids are not there to eradicate prostituition all alike- which can never be done in any country. but the significance of it to show their control over it
I know full well of the dangers and media bias of my country, even the editors do too within it knows too well of it, so does Ordinary Singaporeans. Just tweak the frequency and you can easily access any foreign channel.

@Porepura The police does conduct raids and operations, but they don’t do it on a daily basis or frequent basis and at all red light district.
One last piece of information, we have access to news from all over the world, CNN, BBC or times or whatever you can state. And our news media they are just doing factual reporting, no criticism and opinions, in contrast to western media.
and yes you are right, the government is puppet to us, they will be out if they do not listen to us.
